Discovering Italian cuisine at age 18. He acquired his cooking skills working at Italian restaurants “Osteria ABBACCHIO”, “Bono Bono”, and a French restaurant in a domestic hotel. Opening “ESIR TERRACE”, he went to a contracted farmer to get fresh vegetable, ingredients. and building a trusting relationship. We will provide “happiness” to our customers with a thought to cherish the value of the ingredients.

We are very particular about “Sound quality” so that our customers stay for a special time. Due to the overwhelming specs and high design, we adopted the speakers of “VOID acoustics” which is currently spreading all over the world from Ibiza, the Holy land of Clubs. We perform no compromise in detailed acoustic design under the supervision of the spatial presentations engineers “PDCH”.

Our work focuses on the design, construction,and operation of spatial presentations. There are countless places where people’s intentions gather in the ever-changing daily life. It’s a wonderful life to spend abundance, stimulating the five senses and beyond. We prepare a selection of wines, mainly Italian natural wines. Natural wine is full of the winemaker’s passion for making use of the soil and climate of that land. Wine changes extremely depending on who makes it. We would like to be a bridge between such unique and attractive wines and customers.

DESIGN
The counter that stands out from the outside expresses the deep, natural texture using terrazzo-style tiles and wood. We designed that you can feel “natural”, our concept , as a space. Also we designed another counter applying special plastering technique with excellent functionality so that our dishes shine on a seamless tabletop feeling of mortal expression in your firsthand. We created a very comfortable space that is a little classy but not too formal, time goes by slowly and peacefully with aging paint composed of calm color tones and design tiles in the table area.

Focusing on the production of canvas paintings, he is active in various fields including mural painting for shops, providing designs to artists, and collaboration with fashion brands and select shops. He is an artist with a unique style of tasting mischief good using images of pop icons such as anime and music.
